Programming using the Ultra Hal Brain Editor / Keeps using old data

When I made changes it uses them but it also uses old stuff, like old images, the old background.  Sometimes it shows 2 ads instead of one (from when I was trying to figure out how to get the code right).  Even after making the changes old stuff still shows up.  Is this a software bug, can it be fixed?

Ultra Hal 7.0 / Forgot login info

I wanted to see if nebody's been talking to my bot and I totally forgot what my login info was, I tried the usual but none of it worked.  How can I get my login info?
