Ultra Hal 7.0 / Got License but not Hal

I purchased Ultra Hal 5 near the begining of the year and have since wiped my hard drive. I have my License number but I have noway of inputing it as I can't just download the advanced version without purchasing it again.  Anyone know a way around this?
