Hello there!
I just downloaded and installed the Free Version of Ultra Hal Assistant 4.5. Everything worked well, the chat function is amusing and I love the phone book.
But Hal has problems with my appointments.
As I am living in Germany and having German as my native language, I work with a german Version of Windows on my Computer.
Let's take a date: Wednesday, July 9. (today)
An english speaking person would write it down like that: 07-09-03.
In Germany, it is written like that: 09.07.03 (Don't look on the points! The numbers changed places!)
I am not an expert, but I do think that this causes problems with the system time.
I told Hal my birthday: August 21. That was ok. He wrote it down right.
But yesterday (July
he told me, that it was only two weeks to go.
Today, he said, that it had passed for a long time, that he will cross it from his calendar and remind me next year.
Obviously, yesterday, he thought it was August 7 (not 07-08 but 08-07). So today is September 7 (and for him my birthday is over).
What can I do? Are there any patches, that could help me? Can I modify anythink?
