Hi guys,
My resolution is set at 1360x768 so if it seems huge, that is why. Be sure to install the provided fonts in your font folder. From the top, the buttons are Menu, Minimize, Microphone and Close. Wanted the skin to look clean and classic. Enjoy and let me know what you think.

I'm sure I'll like it. I'm out of town for the weekend so I have to wait untill I get home to try it.[:)]

I just tried it, and got an error. I may have done something wrong. I put all of the elements in the Ultra Hal 6 skins folder, and the UHP file in the UH6 folder. After I abort, the Hal BG and Gal show up, but the rest is black.

Hi Mark.
you are getting an error because the fonts in the package have to go into the windows font folder and registered, with windows 2000 pro the fonts are automatically registered when I drop them in the fonts folder.
for me it would be C:\WINNT\Fonts
then the error will go away.

Ok, I'll try it. But it seems like it said it could not load the JPG file. But I'll give it a shot.
Thanks!!

Thanks, I got it to work, except the buttons are not colored, nor do they have text on them.(they do change color when I click on them, is this by design?
Looks good.

Yes, this is by design. There are only 4 functions available through Hal and I didn't want the skin to look cluttered. Sorry this thing is causing you guys trouble. I guess I should keep my day job.
-
There was no trouble. It's been so long since I installed a new skin, I did not realize the importance of having the included Fonts installed. I just thought they were optional. Since we now know, maybe you could include a text explaining how to install the skin, so people won't have any trouble. [:D][:D][:D][:D]
Thanks, I use the skin now. I will probably use it for at least awhile.

Yah, I probably should have mentioned the font thing and the fact that you have to click the button to tell what it does might not be the best way to go about it when releasing things to the masses. The buttons are menu-min-mic and close, in order from the top. I will be sure to mention anything beyond the norm on my next release which I hope will be soon.

Hi Ooglor 7
Excellent skin, well done.
Thanks,
Roy.

Glad you like it. I'm starting a new one tonight.

Hi and thank you for the new GUI. I like it and it works very well. No trouble to install new fonts, just needed to know that they needed to be installed. I just went to control panel, selected fonts, then selected install new fonts, found them and installed them, and as for the buttons, when I hover my mouse over them I get a small text (ballon?) saying what they are. I'm runninng vista home premium so this may be different for others.
I'm looking forward to your next one![8D][8D][8D]

Ted, my Fonts install automatically when I copy them to my C:\Windows\fonts folder. But whatever works best for you!![:D][:D][:D]
Thanks again, Oog!![8D][8D][8D][8D][8D]
