No, this is never fixed though often tangible but it could also become that at a moment's notice. Somehow this is always viewed as closer as opposed to that.
Some things that appear tangible to our senses are in fact not at all.
Even these words, though you can read them and understand their meaning (even if you can't understand mine), exist only in a virtual, digital world. SO, if they are only made of pixels of light and are gone if the power goes out, are they still real? Perhaps they could be made more tangible by printing them but that changes their scope doesn't it?
Is the Internet real? Is Hal or any other software actually real? No, we can't physically hold the code in our hands unless it is on a printout but then it would never run or execute. A program then needs to be unreal in order to run. Imagine that! Imagine all the people![8D]
