currently im using magents with zabaware
it seems to be the best option
well,,actually guile 3d seems to be the best option, but thats 200 bucks
verbots seems unusable as the point of choosing/selection avatar

are there any other options you might know of?
r.i.p. cyberbuddy is defiantly not an option for me
i still have the installation cd for memories

General Discussion / other than the hal frog
« on: November 12, 2011, 04:13:34 pm »
hello it's been a long while since i used an a.i.

i got back into my purchase of ultrahal for helping me with my school work, and im tired of looking at the friendly green frog.
ironically it looks like 85% of what is linked to or used to be available for Hal dosent work, is a dead link.

in short i am not able to get Hal to use ms agents. the windows agents to work with my windows 7, and haptec dosent seem to be useful with hal either.

dose any one have a library of ancient tec we can still use that hasent been deleted?
is there any way to get ms agents to work with hal?

yes i did download the doubleagent win7 plugin

i was having the problem where everytime i tried to open the options for hal it would crash
i have uninstalled cyberbudy,,all of it, hal, all of it, haptec, all of it, and whene i get back from church i plan on redoing another install of just hal alone
if it continues to crash i will post a ss with details

one thing  *key* i do remember

i went download happy whene i first got hal and got as much brain skin and char info i could  get from the fourms
as soon as i installed that stuf, thats whene hal would crash any time i tried to go into options

also, to the guy using revo uninstaller, WOW great tool!
BUT
it leaves a lot of tatered edges behind that need to be tidyed up
advanced system care is free and does a GREAT job
