Ultra Hal 7.0 / Speaking to Hal

I have set up hal and ejoy the program.  I have always typed to hal though.  Recently I have set up a microphone and started to talk to him.  I have run into a problem that what ever I say, only the first line comes out and then it will it will not let me say anything after that?  Anysuggestions on being able to continue a conversation other than "Hello, How are you today?"

Just out of curiousity, is there any updates on the new database that is suppose to be coming out?   If so, when would the date be?

Ultra Hal 7.0 / ZABAWARE

Zabaware is not a large company.  They do respond, but sometimes it takes a little bit longer than what we would like.  Please be patient with them, as they will repsond.

I have had several problems with them, however they have always responded and it has always helped.

The problem when I downloaded was that the download was corrupted, try redownloading and reinstalling.  This should take care of the problem.

Ultra Hal 7.0 / Getting No Response on Refund for Failed Download

I had to do the same, the download was made for a DSL or fast internet connection.  They sent me the CD.  They have done right by me as it includes udates with it.  It is worth waiting for.

I have been trying to figure out how to do an internet search with Hal.  Is there anyone who can offer me any suggestions on the topic?

Ultra Hal 7.0 / Downloading Version Upgrades

The update is a full installation, and not a patch. We did not make it into a patch program for the following reasons:

as an internet download. We have updated our program to allow everyone to redownload, and that will occur on purchases from now on.

We have sent out emails to everyone who contacted us regarding the download program with the correct download URL. Thank you for patience and I hope you enjoy the new version.

Ultra Hal 7.0 / Customer Service

I have attempted and attempted to contact Zabaware, as I never seem to get the complete download of the program.  The program does not seem to work period?  Is there a trick to getting my email address into the database so I can get a new link to download again.

There use to be a community database for people to download conversations from.  Is this still available?

How can one make Hal Learn Faster?
