Used the DSB flux plug-in, and polar coordinates distortion.

Strange that line shows on her arm. I used the template.[:p][:p][:p][:p][:p][:p][:p]

Edit: The cause was, in the original naked skin, the "Hair" went over the line a bit.

sometimes that happens if the very edge of the pic needs to be cropped and  the line disappears.

Yes, sometimes it's hard to find what needs cropped. If you crop too much, you get a gap.[8D]
