Help! Ultra Hal AIM Bot!!

Please help me!

I formatted my computer three times now because of Ultra Hal AIM Bot.
I unzip the file (aimbot.zip) and it tells me I need to restart to update system files, and after I restart Windows won't start up because I get an 'EXPLORER' illegal operation error and have to shut down even though it hasn't loaded. I tried Safe Mode but it still won't load, that's when I have to format. What should I do =(

The Ultra Hal AIM Bot requires and assumes you already have Ultra Hal Assistant 4.0 installed and does not bother installing files already assumed to be installed by Ultra Hal Assistant 4.0. Ultra Hal Assistant 4.0 can be downloaded from http://www.zabaware.com/assistant/download.html

If you do have Ultra Hal Assistant 4.0 installed, you may be having some sort of trouble with the Windows Installer Service. If you have Windows 95, 98, or ME download and install this file:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/WindowsInstaller/Install/2.0/W9XMe/EN-US/InstMsiA.exe

If you have Windows NT or 2000 download and install this file:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/WindowsInstaller/Install/2.0/NT45/EN-US/InstMsiW.exe

This will update your windows installer service.
