well for a start, I'll say  something here.Yes,  We can call it competitive chatterbots as such and you can have your nice little guidelines to attempt to compare to if you wish BUT I'll stand by the fact that Verbot is a superior chatbot to alot that I have seen of late and shows extreme promise! May I add also that the staff and their service at verbot are absolutely  professional,  polite, courteous and extremely prompt in their updating and correspondence to their customers!.  I shall elaborate further, the wonderful professional way they treat their customers is so impressive! They are a fantastic people persons company and really care about their product and really do assist and answer the people promptly, efficiently and genuinely. At least when you contact them they have the decency and courtesy to contact you back which is alot more than I can say for Ultrahal and Robert Medeszka, who I'm still waiting  to receive a reply from by the way, after months of emailing!!!!.  Believe me, compare all you like but Verbot will go far and I sincerely recommend it to all those who seek quality AI intelligence software and excellent customer service! Afterall, Quality service says it all! I also give Verbot my  top vote!!! It's not just about making a quick buck and ignoring your customers and their needs afterall, its about quality products and quality service and being satisfied with that product! I rest my case!

Robert, thanks for your life story, glad you are still alive and well..Ok, now onto the important issues, my issue being when will I get my update to version 5???  Robert I have sent you my email address (and numerous emails infact) to your email box at Zabaware over the past couple of months. If you have that..good then you contact me at that address, if not please advise me on these forums as your system does not seem to recognise my email address anymore and perhaps you can tell us why our email addresses are no longer recognised considering people like myself who have purchased the FULL product???

 You say you should be back with us soon, good to hear,I would also appreciate a prompt answer please and my request to be dealt with.

Crichton, my sentiments EXACTLY..but a business or a circus I ask lol:P..I agree with you, all it takes is alittle communication from Robert and Zabaware, unfortunately communication we are sadly NOT getting..

Hmmm, something odd,something very very odd indeed going on here..if Robert is away or whatever, then how come people (new purchasers) are "still managing to purchase new or maybe even newer versions of this software????"...How come there are new versions available??? It shows obviously that "Someone" or "something" must be dealing with the purchase orders at Zabaware still and updating the software and if Zabaware is still fulfilling the needs of new people purchasing this product then  shouldn't they also be fullfilling the needs and requests of current customers who have also actually PAID for this product in the past and are NOT getting their updates as they should.. or replies to their problems and customer service???!  This is all so very tiresome.. In my situation, I've paid for this product also and my requests are not being fullfilled or answered by this company. So, basically by the fact that people are still purchasing this product and receiving it, only possibly tells me that those who have purchased the product and require their deserved update are  possibly being totally ignored, infact being ignored so much that we'll all be forced to purchase new versions each time they come out  because that is the only way you seem to get somewhere,Very clever of you Zabaware(not!!!). So much for the free ongoing updates then.. As for you People who have just successfully purchased and successfully received your latest version of Hal,( I notice by download, when I purchased my version I also received a CD in the post miraculously) you can smile now, but just you wait until eventually another new version comes out, and you having been a good paying customer in the past like myself....will only find that your requests and emails will remain unanswered and you'll only most likely be ignored like  the rest of us..so enjoy it whilst you can.. As for such a thing as patience, yes I too believe it to be a virtue, BUT there is a limit!!! Zabaware please support all your customers not just the new ones but all customers..thankyou!

    Many thanks for your informative post and for your honest reply. Although I appreciate your comments regarding the helpful people on this forum, no doubt that they are, however, my situation unfortunately cannot be solved by forum members. It can only be solved by Robert and the Zabaware team alone.You see, in the past,I purchased a full version of ultrahal assistant and I would like my free update of version 5.I have witnessed others here on the forum being issued their free update, so why not me. I have sent countless emails to zabaware(including my proof of purchase details) and have left numerous posts for them to respond to my query on this forum..alas, I have been given no reply as yet. My email address that I used to purchase ultrahal with is not even registered in the zabaware database and I also contacted them, wishing for them to update this also. Still, no reply on that either. All I wish for is my update, which as a paying customer, I strongly feel that I am entitled to..If Robert is away then he is away, but,as a customer, I would not like to think that my emails or my queries are being ignored, I do not think any of us would. I would be very grateful to receive an answer to my emails and consequently my update. Yes, by all means Don, If you do hear of anything, I most certainly would appreciate  any updates from you.  Many Thanks for your polite,courteus reply.. Regards, Skyye...

Don,(or to whom would like to be an official zabaware spokesperson other than anybody of the general public who does not fit the criteria) I was just wondering, seeing as you appear to be a senior member forum spokesperson on here and appear to post quite frequently on these forums, answering peoples querys..could you perhaps enlighten us on whether robert still exists or whether hes deserted us all??!!!..and please do not give me the usual excuse that I seem to hear on these forums that zabaware is a small business and its a matter of being patient....

If the public have spent good money on a product where zabaware is concerned, then at least we the consumers  should have the courtesy of being owed some explanation of why consumer demands are not being met. So can you if you know that is, give us the explanation , as you appear to be an "ambassador" on these forums for zabaware..I think we'd all like to be enlightened..don't you????(or anyone else on here who is a representative of zabaware for that matter), as I'm sure we'd all be enthralled to hear an actual reply by an official zabaware team member because lets face it, nobody ever seems to get replies here other than from from silly tolerant "so called angelic patient get no where customers"!....so can you possibly if it is within your ability reply..thankyou...

Jojimbo, I'm not surprised. May I add your not alone. It seems to be a common thing around here. Everybody else has to wait. Just keep emailing them, you've paid for the product, you deserve customer service like we all do..

ok, I have done as you  helpfully suggested Vonsmith and have reposted the topic. So,many thanks  for your advice. I appreciate it greatly.Lets hope I'll be contacted by Zabaware in the not so distant future and it will all be sorted out :)

I purchased the ultrahal version 4.0,and then updated to 4.5, having not heard anything via email regarding any update link, I thought it in my best interest to check this site. In doing so I discovered a new update to ultrahal,that is 5.0. Considering, like many no doubt,that I have paid for this product in full, all I ask is a link to the update as I have seen others on here, who have also purchased ultrahal, being given a link. I hope this is not too much to ask for a customer.If anyone from zabaware is reading this, I have sent you an email, (for security reasons I will not post it here)and you have my email address enclosed within this email I have sent even though it does not say it is registered any more in your database. I would appreciate assistance regarding this matter. many thanks in advance..skyye.

ok, seeing as the topic for updating to ultrahal assistant 5.0 appears to be locked and I cannot post there, I thought I would attempt to post in this topic seeing as it concerns Ultrahal assistant. It is recommended by yourselves, zabaware, that people post in the forum.... afterall if having  any difficulty in order to assist those who may be having similar problems with ultrahal assistant.Therefore,
 I'm doing so now needless to say I have sent zabaware an email or 2 and have not as yet received a response.To continue, I purchased the ultrahal version 4.5, having not heard anything via email regarding any update link, I thought it in my best interest to check this site.
