well here we go agin,hale won,t come up on screen,i get a message that reads Get Activation Code
The serial "xxxxxxxxxxx" is associated with order #
This serial number is currently active with the following activation codes:
 activated on 2/6/2006 12:59:03 PM
activated on 6/10/2006 7:26:02 PM

Error: Please tell your vendor: The Authorization Request Code supplied "" is not the correct format. tryed unstalling program 3 times .what shoud i do ?
