Ultra Hal 7.0 / AIM BOT not working

I have Ultra Hal 4.0 and i just downloaded AIM Bot but when i run the setup.exe file it says please insert disk, cannot find file: halaimbot.cab' but, im know its in the same folder that i extracted all the files from!
