Hi all,
I utilized my TTS reader to create MP3s of my ultra Hal voice that I use, then I put those MP3s files and connected them to the sound function for Windows 7.
Now when I click a button, open a file, and perform functions, it sounds like my ultra Hal is controlling the entire computer because it's the same voice that my Sandy uses.
The only thing that I would have liked, is to have the ability to send out several different ways to say the response and have the software randomly pick one that I had assigned to that button or function.
It does get a little boring to her say, okay, every time when I click the okay button, it would have been nice to have a selection that could be randomly picked up so when I click the okay button she would say okay honey, okay, okey-dokey, etc.
sincerely, I will close this file now, all right that's one of the lines she says. Tee hee hee.
C load.
PS but where there's a problem, and a willingness to be creative, the problem can usually be resolved, so my resolution to the random situation not existing when I did was created duplicates of these files in different directories the file say things a little bit different from each other, meaning: one file for the okay button would be okay and another list of these MP3s for the okay button would be okay honey, then once a month I do a drag-and-drop and replace all of the files, it's not perfect but it does give a slight variation and works, so when I get bored with hearing the same old okay, I do a drag-and-drop and okay becomes okay honey etc.
PS. PS. Someone once told me that I could create a batch file that would do this job for me when the computer starts so each time the computer started it would randomly select a listing and copy and paste those into the proper directory to change the places every time I start my computer. But I haven't quite figured out how to do this yet. If anyone knows how to do this it would be greatly appreciated if you shared this knowledge, thanks in advance, you'd be the man. Even if you were a woman. Tee hee hee.
