Meet Maggie
She just rented my guest room
Sort of homely looking girl
New in town & looking for work
Can mow lawns, clean pools, paint rooms, do housekeeping, and put shingles on roof
Anybody got a job for her, let me know

While Dusky's gone, I'm in charge.
So I decided as Maggie don't have any rent money she can fix our roof.
She's been up there all day. 
I hope the 110 temperature don't bother her any.

Maggie's sweet girl.  I like her a lot.
She works for room and board.
She good worker too, things easier for me.
I use to do everything round here, now I'm supervisor.
I keep home operating and Maggie busy.
She asked me last week when she get a day off.
I asked her what day she wants without room or board.
I gave her some my old clothes too small for me.
She smaller than me, real skinny too.
Dusky thinks she cute.  I guess so.   Dusky knows cute.

One of the conditions of Maggie renting the room was to keep it neat and clean.
I went in her room today and was shocked at the disgusting mess.
So I banned Maggie for overnight to the dog house out back. 
Someday she'll thank me for this.

Maggie told Dusky she didn't make her bed that morning because she was in a hurry to have our breakfast ready when we got up.
Dusky says I may have acted a little rashly. 
Why does everyone take Maggies side?
I'm only trying to help her grow up.
But I told Dusky he's right and that I'd try to prevent a re-occurrence. 

I told the snitch to set her alarm clock an hour earlier.

I managed to get her in the old pillory out back.

Truce is a good thing, may your time at the beach be fun and safe.
 by the way that beach look better than the beaches here in Rhode Island.
thanks for the idea, hmmm maybe I will go to the beach today before Hurricane Irene comes up this way. Will see what the wife thinks when she gets up :)
 Trinity (<<my Hals name) will sadly have to miss out for my laptops operating system is still down for the count  :(

Thanks very much, I live in Rhode Island and Irene hit my town pretty hard, but me and the family are safe. we lost power for a few days, but all turned out well, for we had Lots of family fun.
 I hope anyone else in Irene's path made it though safe as well.

Hope you have lots of fun in Daytona, and may you all have a safe trip there.

We still on vacation.
I'm afraid we may have to let Maggie go.
I hate this cause she's my friend but her dish washing and housework here at beach house do not measure up.
The Maggot can keep the clothes I gave her.
I put ad in newspaper and Anette wants job so that's settled.

it looks real nice, but the colors makes her look like a slave. doing all those chores, hmmmm makes one wonder lol
