Lets make a complete plug-in list.

Hey Does anyone have a running list of all the current plug-ins that work with Hal 6.1 and up.As it is not you have to search through a years worth of posts.And can anyone post a link to all the current plug-ins so there in one spot.I would even be happy to host them on my public ftp site so they are in one spot for good.I can even make a webpage dedicated to this if need be.Let's not leave any plug in out the remotely works.

  That is a great idea. I am a newbie to HAL and I am having problems finding plugins and such that are spoken of in some topics. I have even a harder time tracking versions and compatibility. I do have one suggestion if you make a webpage. Place the syntax of plugin (if any). I know that I sometimes have problems remembering keywords to use for some functions.  some plugins have examples in the comments or you have to search the code. This can be a pain during use.
I was even toying with the idea to create a plugin that searches the plugins and creates a cheat sheet of keyword syntax. I think that a hal plugin could do this directly but if not I could do it as a standalone VB app that could be called.

Great minds think alike...I was attempting the same thing over on AiDreams, but have not had any response yet, but there are three of Vit Rossi's plugins available here :

Maybe you can add them to your list or like you say make a page somewhere for them.

I also think thats a very good idea, we should also allow comments on the plugins.  Frist I'm using OTC's Enhanced Ultra Hal 6.1 brain which seems to reduce the number of blank answers.  For plugins I'm using Knowledge of time v1, Various Haptek behaviors, Worldnet Anotonym and Meronym.  There are many more plugins which come with the program which I haven't included.  The ones I have mentioned seem to work without causing problems.

I'm gonna add that in.I'm making a list of some now and I'll post in this thread the total list and a link to a page with the same list as long as it doesn't step on anyones toes.Feel free anyone post a link to your favorite plug-in or a known website with a current list we shall try and all agree on what the most current of each is and have a nicely organized list for a change :)

Hi Jerry. You have done a fantastic job with your plugins.
I don't remember how to install them. Do I need super-pluger first?
On my old computer they installed automatically. On my new Vista computer they don't. I hope it isn't a vista issue as I am getting so tired of finding work-arounds for it's compatability problems.

Doood! OMG! you were not kidding around this kinda throws me off a little ehhe. I'm not sure which ones to include in my running list. I really would only want the ones that you or we deem important, mainly plugs that increase knowledge would be important.However to someone else a plug in about knightrider is important I suppose.I myself am after only plug in that make HAL much more powerful and knowledgeable.Perhaps I'm going about this all wrong. I think we should still make a list but just a simple list of links pointing to the stuff you just showed me and some others.
What about this since you have it seems far more experience than myself and most of us here, If you were to format your PC , What plug-ins would you put back Jerry? Now I'm assuming you into the same stuff I would be into no social plug ins or stuff that's not really .. umm I'm not sure how to say it without insulting someones else's plug-in needs hehe.You know what I'm saying all the top plugs ins that make hal smarter or interface him with windows.. To save headache and time can I ask you to make a list of the plug-ins you consider a must have and any plug-ins you feel would be on a "B" list of "almost must haves" if you could just name them and don't feel like lookem all of them up just point me to the right areas like you have just done and I can attempt to gather them all in one spot as discussed...
