Title: error 48 APIGID 32 dll missing

I Cannot Speak To Ultra Hal Assistant 4.0 .n It Does Not Understand Anything I Say . Apopup Screen Comes Up With. Error 48 APIGID 32dll File Not Found.Occured At Line 51.  help api Get Help.... Can Anyone Help Me.? Shouldnt The Dll Have Been On The Program Disc????thanks Yahoo Messenger.  mkbr549
