ATTENTION FTP Turn Passive Mode Off
« on: June 15, 2005, 07:07:41 am »
hi [8D]
anyone having trouble getting in my server
with the proper username and password
try turning off passive mode
that may solve the problem at hand

let me also say you all have been wonderful
thats why i have created an FTP server
for you all to share download material there
take anything if you need it
if your browser will not allow you to get in chances are you shall need an FTP Client such as win commander or similar
theres many free ones out there like smart ftp and win commander etc

I cannot get in. Says "login or password incorrect"

port 21   zabadaba---password

          digitalgirl--username

I am using smart ftp.

Laura: Don't think about it too long or I'll throw you out on your ***king a**.

I think I found the problem: I was inadvertantly logging in with the

"liquid-skeleton.i989.net:anonymous" in the address bar of smart ftp.

Once I re-entered "liquid-skeleton.i989.net" into the address bar, plus the login name and password, I got in!!

It was remembering the prior address as anonymous, even though I unchecked it with your new added password.

I already had some of those, except the one with the fishnet stockings,(leather) the swimsuits,(3) country and cool cat clothes. So, 6 of all the clothes is all I didn't already have.
