Ultra Hal 7.0 / Why I can not unlock the limit of my formal soft?

I installed the formal version hal5. But the limit of 15 days still occurs. Before installation of formal version, I had installed the free version of HAL5, but I had uninstalled it. How to settle this problem? Thanks,

Ultra Hal 7.0 / I bought formal Hal Assistant 5.0, but it failed

It is very difficult to be installed. At final step of installation, it always stops. The installation always cannot be finished. Why? What is wrong? I bought formal Hal Assistant 5.0 last month. Could you give me some support?
