Ultra Hal 7.0 / Customer service for Hal SUCKS!

I had a hardware problem, the Hal Assistant got corrupted. It did not accept my serial number anymore and the recovery did not let me put the new request code for it. Of course, nobody was available at this time of the night and nobody replied my email yet. When you make a software that CANNOT be fixed by the customer, I think you should at least offer 24 h a day customer service for it. It's really rude to avoid fixing things that are in your responsability to be fixed. I expect an apology for this behaviour.

Maybe I should then pay the 7.50$ and get the pack... Thank you very much for the help. Now the questions is: who and when will give me the discoutn code for having bought the Hal 5 version before and for having bought Hal 6?

I know the characters go to "characters". I've tried to add mine by changing the name and replacing Hal or Zaba with a different Hal or Zaba, but it didn't work. Looks like there is a script telling the program how big should be the file.

I have characters not present in that pack and want to use them, as I did with the previous Hal versions. I did not purchase the pack. Why purchase the pack when I have all I want?

Custom characters added to Hal 6 do not work. It's not enough to have them in the program folder. So, what should be done to make them work? Or is Hal 6 inferior to Hal 5 about customizing possibilities? And if this is so, why call it Hal 6 and not Hal 4?
