Do you have telephone number to support? Do you have Paypal account? I bought a lot on Ebay by my credit card. What is wrong with your system?

Due to a huge amount of fradulent activity on Zabaware's ordering server in December (large group credit card theifs testing stolen cards by buying thousands of Hals) we had to modify our ordering system recently.

US/Canada orders go through Zabaware's own merchant account at http://www.zabaware.com/assistant/reg.html  A correct CVV2 is required and the address must match the billing address on your credit card for the order to go through.

All international orders and any US/Canada orders that don't pass the CVV2/address check are sent through a middleman at http://www.regnow.com/softsell/nph-softsell.cgi?item=10335-1

If you are from the US or Canada you can try the regnow ordering system. The regnow system doesn't explicity require a cvv2 or correct address but it employs 1.5 million computer filters and human operators to determine if an order appears fradulent or not.

What kind of error message are you receiving and from which system? This system was just put in place and I'd like to make sure all the bugs are worked out.
