I have added some of the characters I used in the version 5.0 and none of them seems to work. What should I do to make them work?

Did you also purchase the Character Expansion Pack?
This will enable any / all of the Haptek characters
to work with Hal 6.
It is available here in the Downloads section for a
small amount.

I have characters not present in that pack and want to use them, as I did with the previous Hal versions. I did not purchase the pack. Why purchase the pack when I have all I want?

Hal 6 is configured so you cannot add custom characters without the expansion pack.

It's not that expensive, especially if you qualify for a discount.
