after painstaking research.  I have finally found a website that sells his sensors and body parts and basically everything we need to build an android. These synthetic foam for the body still needs to be worked upon.  But using what Hollywood uses to make monsters in their movies and other characters like Star Trek etc..  You can pretty much develop your own face and skin etc..  Here is the websites you can check out.
