Keeps using old data

When I made changes it uses them but it also uses old stuff, like old images, the old background.  Sometimes it shows 2 ads instead of one (from when I was trying to figure out how to get the code right).  Even after making the changes old stuff still shows up.  Is this a software bug, can it be fixed?

Could you please be more specific as to your
actual problem. Is it UltraHalAssistant or
Web Hal and is the brain file repeating old
info. What about these images? What keeps
showing up and what are the ads to which you
refer?

I'm using web hal.  As far as it's replys it seems to be doing ok but the look, the background and the pictures I use for my bot aren't consistent.  For example it keeps showing an older pic that I got the width and height mixed up even after replacing the image.  Sometimes it shows the new background and sometimes it doesnt. Sometimes it shows the latest pics I used for my bot and sometimes it uses old ones. I can't get my changes to stick or be consistent. As for the ad, before I had trouble figuring out how to make certain changes and have the ad show up and accidentally made it show two ads, but then I fixed it but it still shows two ads sometimes.  So bottom line is the bot editor keeps using old stuff that I've gotten rid of- as far as the look goes anyway.
