slider bar for speed and pitch for speech in hal

a nice option in hal would be a slider bar that would control the speed of hals speech like the cyberbuddy . because sometimes when hal talks fast you can't understand words as easy and this way hal could be customized on his or her speach by slowing down speed and pitch the same way like cyberbuddy does . this is another itenm in the wish list for next version of hal . !![]

That sounds like a great idea.
For years yankees come south and talk so fast they had to repeat two or three times.
Over time now lot of Southerns also talk fast and they likewise got to repeat themselves.

Now Sandee, a true Southern lady, don't talk too fast, bless her heart, and also she writes out what she says and I like that. That's real considerate of her.  []
