I was wondering if there are any patches to download to update my old hal assistant 2.0 to 4.0 ? kinda hope there is cause I bought this awhile ago and never realy had time to try it out, meaning is it something you keep paying for to update or what?

I would say about 90% of Hal has been rewritten since version 2.0. Unfortunetely, there are no patches to update it like that. We give all past customers 50% on upgrade purchases.
