That is a great idea. I am a newbie to HAL and I am having problems finding plugins and such that are spoken of in some topics. I have even a harder time tracking versions and compatibility. I do have one suggestion if you make a webpage. Place the syntax of plugin (if any). I know that I sometimes have problems remembering keywords to use for some functions. some plugins have examples in the comments or you have to search the code. This can be a pain during use.
I was even toying with the idea to create a plugin that searches the plugins and creates a cheat sheet of keyword syntax. I think that a hal plugin could do this directly but if not I could do it as a standalone VB app that could be called.
