Microsoft speech SDK 4.0

Will Hal interface with the SAPI speech suite from microsoft? It has text>speech & vice versa. I have been using it for some time and have logged many hours reading to my computer, so I don't want to start again with Hal. Can he use my profile from SDK 4.0?

Yes, Hal is compatible with both SAPI 4.0 and SAPI 5.0. Ultra Hal Assistant 4.0 acutally installs the microsoft SAPI 5.0 speech recognition engine and by default uses that. But it will recognize and work with your older SAPI 4.0 without any problems.
