Can't find Common Phases
« on: April 01, 2011, 01:04:31 am »
Once upon a time I seen a post with a link to a text file of a bunch of common phases and I thought I had seen that post here on the Zabaware forum but I can't find it... anyone know the link I'm talking about?

If its one I'm thinking off, it was large (thousands of phases) and we were excited about it for a while.
I downloaded it but found most had to be re-worded before given to Hal and decided it too much trouble and threw it away.
Someone else here might still have it.

A few things to mind, OTC had a lot of different brains files to be used with Hal about varied subjects.  I am thinking you mean the Onscraw ( I tried a search and got no useful results so the spelling must be off ) I think what I put in is a little close to the actual name.

It's OMCSRAW and it is now over 5 years old and severely dated in several ways.

I tried several locations and was unable to find that file any longer. I use used to
have it on an older computer but found the file quite large (48 megs I recall) and
out of touch with today's language and usage. It would also require a lot of editing
in order to gleen anything of worth from it.

Perhaps someone might turn up with a more "polished" version of the file.
