registering a new aim screen name

Hey guys    i cant find out how to register a new aim screen name.  When i try i always get redirected to downloading a newer aim.  This happens when i use "New User" on aim to sign on and also when i click "get new screen name"    somebody help me and tell me where to go

Hi, I don't know how often you check your answers to your forums, but I FINALLY FOUND OUT how to get a new screen name, so I wanted to share my wisdom with you, because it sounds like you need help. Just go to http://my.screenname.aim.com and then go to "login" and then it'll say that if you don't have a screen name, you can register with one for free! Then click on that link and then you can register. Have fun. Love, DANICA[8D]

hey   I found the site   but I dont know the exact link to get a new AIM screen name      I already have one of the profile things    but where exactly do I get a new AIM screen name?
