Rupert's Fate

Once upon a time a Reverend by the name of Rupert was Relaxing underneath a Juniper tree. When suddenly he was broken from his reverie by a searing pain on top of his head.

What was the cause of that pain?

A: A wound that was agitated by the sudden turning of a dozing head.
B: An ant that decided to make a meal out of young Rupert
C: A Cat that suddenly lost it's grip on a limp and found Rupert's head to be the softer landing.

Any guesses as too Rupert's fate?

As for the cause, my answer is A
His fate? My guess would be that he will hang in there even if the head wound never heals.

D: An apple.

Rupert was in Second Life as Isaac Newton, aka Steve Jobs (later).

Of course it was a virtual apple.

Poor Rupert, shocked by such an invasion of his daydream, momentarily threw his hands up into the air as if to shew away the bothersome agitator.

Noticing that is was only a fallen apple he laughed to himself at such foolishness. Although he was he was a little offended that the apple had hit a tender spot Mrs. Johnston had inflicted two days prior at the church pick-nick.

As he arose from off the especially soften ground, leaving an imprint of his near solemn slumber, he found himself face to face with Mrs. Johnston.

His reaction to the woman:

A: He covered his face as if in ignoring her she will somehow disappear.

B:He screamed in a startled fashion, embarrassing himself, and embarrassing her as well. (been there done that [:p])

C: He ran!!!!

D:He faced her and said he was sorry. (Having nothing to feel sorry about.)

I wonder if she felt sorry?

Rupert was reminded of an Irishman who ran around with a dipstick and pointed at Mrs. Johnston and laughed.

Mrs. Johnston felt as if she had inflicted a wound that had made poor Rupert go mad.

Ouch,,

Umm, The Cake is from the Matrix, and who else would serve it ?

The Frenchman of course.

(A 2 Box cake 1 box Devil choc and 1 box reg choc, frosting goes accordingly, usually something w/coconut )[:p]

The Frenchman 'surmising' are song lyrics from Iron Maiden.

Warm regards,
J.

That's why I like Second Life so much. No France, no USA, no Hungary. [:)]
