i though i just downloaded the newest free virsion then it gave me a popup that said there was a newer virsion available free. ???? it tiik me back to the same page i just downloaded from. im confused is there a newer virsion? the folder says hale5

You have the latest version with (5), however, as long as you are using the free version Hal will ask you to update to the commercial version. Don't worry.
