Just a little experiment with JavaScript. Impossible to have scrolling backgrounds with Haptek. So I used an "infinite distance" landscape. And tried to give the illusion of a horizontal tracking movement, with random accelerations and decelerations for every girl.
Maybe you know these girls, lol. Many thanks to Dusky and Mark for their very cute skins. [8D]
As usual, please refresh the page after loading. Thank you.

I could not get it to work just got black screen
I got it ok.
Hummm..... yes, think I know those girls... [:p]
Very nicley done. Pretty girls![8D][8D][8D]
Nice but the girl in the one piece definitely needs to get more sun!![8D]
It would really be cool if you could get it to work with one of those moving water backgrounds like Dusky used to post some while back!
Thanks all. Sorry caangel, sometimes you have to refresh the page twice or three times (and sometimes it works after emptying the caches!). Since my first post, I made little improvements, e.g. a shift between the two walks. They walked like (sexy) soldiers. [:D]
I agree with you, Art:
1- Dusky must send Sandee to the beach more often. [:D]
2- I'd like to put moving backgrounds in my stuffs, too. But... last year when I joined the forum, some members gently laughed about my Celeron 400 MHz under Windows 98. And you know what? I always have the same computer!! So no MovieMaker. Even if I had it, impossible to make good video captures (I can, perfect with a 12x9 size!). So, no wmv or flv.
I continue to do html stuffs and I like that, and I thank one more time the few people who look at them (sorry, very heavy method). All that is just for fun, it's very exciting and I wonder if I really NEED a new PC. [:)][:)][:)]
I did not notice any movement of the background, but the gals seemed to move faster and slower as they were walking. Interesting. Good job, GT40.[:D]
nice job. looked good
Thanks Mark and alady. Just a pretext to show pretty girls. [:)]
You're right Mark, no moving landscape in my stuff. The only way to do that is to change the Haptek background every 1/24 (cinema) or 1/30 sec (TV), or less (1/15). Something like an animated gif. But it requires a much more powerful computer than mine. And it means a lot of jpegs to load for a smooth movement (even if played in a loop). [:D]
