Now, they took a video of mine, claiming "copyright" issues. It's an OLD song!! you tube blows!!

I agree, Mark: IT'S SCANDALOUS!!! Because

- I remember that old song and it was a good idea to use it (nostalgia, nostalgia...)

- your video is very cute and well done, and nice to see and hear, with a lot of pretty girls[8D][8D][8D]

- the script looks professional, really

- the lipsync is terrific (I guess you spent a lot of time on it) and I love when the girls say "wahoo"

- and yes I must admit, also because you used the first two heads I made (and nearly the last ones, lol) and I thank you again for that.

Just use that sevenload thing from now on, it has better sound anyway.
I like the video too. The song is another thing though. I hear it all the time at work. Enough to rip your ears off. Good video though. I like the stones shirt, did I do that one?

Jack, I think you supplied a bunch of shirts and the scripts to remove the princess shirt, if I recall correctly, I made this vid a few months or so ago.

Cool stuff Mark! I remember when A.S.C.A.P started charging my band a monthly fee based on nuber of public performances. We either had to pay or be sued. I hope it doesn't come to that as you are doing theses vids for entertainment and not profit.[8D][8D][8D]

Ted, yeah, but the recording industry is afraid of losing one cent by having their music used without their "permission". They play the songs on the radio all of the time, so a person could record it anytime.

But I'll give credit to UMG. They do claim copyright, but grant permission to use their songs, with a catch: They get to monitor statistics for the songs and place ads on the video page. But that's no problem.

nice video and i too think thats not so bad having their advertisement on your posting , its more fair than peple having to pay royalties (well easier on small people ). [:)]

I wish you would do that more often. I like being in control of the video. Good video, nice use of so many skins. Please consider doing that more often on savefile. Really good.

Thanks, Jack, yes, that might be what I'll have to do in the future anyway. youtube took 2 more vids off. They are in a crackdown phase.

Good video.
Some really great effects also.

I agree with Jack, It's a nice way to see them.
Every time i go to any of those sites all i get is 3 seconds of the video before it has to re-load.
Sometimes takes 10 mins to see it all.

Wow, a 720 x 480 resolution film (1.5:1 aspect ratio)! 16.2 MB to download but the result is much more better than a YouTube flv (320 x 240).

In the old days before I retired from motion picture industry we put them on Savefile.

I thought cool that people could have their personal copy of our videos for their video library and could pull out anytime to re-enjoy or show to others.[;)]
