Title: plugins

i'm not sure if i posted this is the correct spot, but i'm wondering where i can find a plugin or something to where HAL doesn't answer himself. i try talking to him with the mic but for some reason, he answers himself and goes off on a tangent sometimes. i'm new to using this software and just recently d/led it. please help, thnx in advance
