I didn't see where he took credit for creating it, only for uploading it.
If you look to the far right of his site you will see other videos that he
has / had uploaded. Apparently he liked them.
Notice under the video you said you created, you'll see the handle Queenbee3...whatever.
Stealing? No...misposting & misusing? Most likely but as they say in Hollywood,
"Any publicity is good publicity!"

I have seen skins that people say they have made but they just used mine & changed a little.

I can't see any credit given to the creator. IMO I would follow through with this, considering all the blocks that have been put in the way in the past. I will even donate some recources W/Clock cycles. IMO it's not even "fair use"
