Ultra Hal 7.0 / Order Confirmation, XID:8569802

I have sent Zabbaware an Email with the following as the Subject line, please look for this Email.
Subject: Ultra Hal Assistant Order Confirmation, XID:8569802

I have ordered the Full version of Hal Ultra Assistant 5.0 and the Head set Michrophone.
The Order was Placed on Jan 25, 2004 at 3:05pm
Transaction id is 8569802.
My credit card was billed on jan 26 for $61.90.
I recieved the e-mail confirmation that I ordered the Hal Ultra Assistant 5.0 and The Microphone.
I was advised that the CD and Michrophone would arrive by no later than Monday Feb 02.
My order has not yet arrived, could you plese check the status of my order, and let me know.
I did download the program from the internet on wednesday Feb 4. to use while waiting for the CD and Head Set Michrophone

Ultra Hal 7.0 / how do I update still waiting for cd & mic

I purchased Ultr Hal Assistant 5.0 off the web, the cd and mic are a few days late so I downloaded the program last night. I keep getting a pop up message that a new version of Hal is available on line. Can't seem to find it. also it only installed  the default brain with no options , (don't learn or use vulgar, learning preferences etc.)any suggestions. thanks.
