When asking for help , i would need much more info then you are giving.
Heres an example:
Hey guys my name andre and im running windows 10 or windows 07 ect ect
Ive installed external voices bla bla bla
Andre the more info that you give, the easier it will be for me to narrow done the guilty party.
Was it working and now its not ect ect
