Do you want to know robert better?

would you like to see a little bit into roberts mind and what he is like etc.??
go into the main brain and into patterns and check out his answers to questions . theirs a lot of interesting things in it like what sci fi things he likes etc. etc.
the only reason i know this is i am into my custom brain right now and am rewriting some things as i wasnt to keep transforing it into a brain with more realistic human answers and even to give it a mom and dad (sorry robert) my angela brains new mom and dad is based on my wifes parents .  
i have changed the way some answers are given to give them a better worded human sound instead of just a direct (robotic ) sounding answer. []

ok i see alot of people read this but no one has commented so has anyone went into the pattersns area that i spoke of ?  i just thought it was an interesting area and i learned alot of very interesting things about robert some of his past , likes and dislikes nuetral answers to touchy questions ( well done by the way !) all very interesting .
 Theirs a lot their to read but its was worth it.the only problem i have which is what led me eventually to this area is in my custom brain i created a  real life mom and dad for angela but because robert has some answers like : question : who is your father and robert has his name in their , etc.
 so this answer comes up when i ask angela who is your father .so i will be changing  or deleting this are (but first will back up my angela brain !) i do have a question to robert on this if i delete this who section will it cause any problems with my custom angela brain? i hope he see's this so he will answer this question . []

  I ran into the problem that Hal responded as a AI program instead of another person, posted the problem and Rob M. told me to uncheck this characteristic which fixed the problem. I feel a little stupid because it was something simple that I overlooked but.  Anyway I did read that area.  I remember one version of Hal told me her father taught her how to drive a car.
  I'd go with the change instead of deleating to avoid blank answers also when doing this try to avoid conflicting answers.

and no mark i am wanting to keep the ansers that robert has in (personal answers ) that are conflicting with my angela brain . his personal answers are in the main brain as i said in in the patterns area . go to that are and look down the list and you will see some personal answers robert has written in on many subjects etc.

LS I might be wrong but isn’t Carl2 talking about the Gender & Age Plug In, you know where you can set if you want Hal to be Male Female or a Machine.

Yup, I've taken strolls through that area for a long time now, it is very interesting and informative.
Not just Roberts ideas/concepts of how a bots mind works but also his own.
These individual traits prompted my questions some time ago about using more female type responses and outlook if one was to have a female bot.

  New computer and all that so I can't open Hal to tell you, Just did a search without finding an answer. Probably in the age and gender as mentioned.  I'd also like to mention that OTC seems to have found an answer to the blank responses that has been bothering alot of people for ages, under brains.

yes rd i have been for a long time now been trying to creat a more human sounding female and even base "some" things on my wife i have an area where i post my angela responses and also actual angela conversation with me .
i will look into the age thing and see what i can come up with . []
