well i tried resetting my internet hook up speed and at a 560000 (modem) setting i tried downloading the bobs ftp agent page again and lo and behold it opened this time and as i write am downloading an agent , so i don't know if my settings change made the page open or it just started working again ? i'll have to see if the down loaded agent will actually work as when i did a different agent i tried to open it and got an error message that the file path and or some was missing and wouldn't run . just thought i would let others know . [:)]
