Just how do you do this trick? I mean she only lipsinks to the actual singers words and not the rest of the background noise.
Any clues would be helpful.

Hi Bill,
The way it's done is with what Haptek calls its Phoneme editor.
Shown below.





Insert Image:

You can cut out all the unwanted movements & also adjust the ones you want, so that the song becomes more realistic.
