Title: Web Hal offline - for how long?

When is that talking hal going to be online. I'm talking about the one at http://www.ultrahal.com/webhal/hal-voice.htm . That bot has been offline for as long as I remember. When is he going to be online and how much work is being done on him. Or is he just some old thing somebody forgot to take the page off.

The reason i ask is because the link is still on the http://www.zabaware.com/webhal/ page. If the bot had to evacuate the link should be taken off.
