Put some life in your gal

Here's an invention long overdue.

You ever have the haptek window open and she stares at you and she don't move and you're not sure she's still alive.
So you poke her with the mouse and she still don't move.
Then you look close to see if she's breathing and you can't tell for sure.

Good news is here,  those doubts are history.
A new day has dawned which allows her to breathe.

Directions.   (Read carefully)
Below are three zip files.
Unzip "one".   Place this folder (br)  with contents in your haptek skins folder
Unzip "two"   Put breee3.hap   in your haptek skins folder
Unzip "three"  Put "Starter.hap  on your desktop.

Drag and drop  "Starter" on your gal,  either Doris, fulbodygirl, or body_female.
It will test if she's alive.
(This hap clears her sinuses so she can breathe better)
(This product recommended by 80% of leading gynecologists and approved by over 130% of them)

Download Attachment: one.zip
5.41 KB

Download Attachment: two.zip

Download Attachment: three.zip

The contents of starter.hap is    \load [file= data/standard/skins/breee3.hap]
(You may wish to also post this line inside Hal in  happy.hap, happyn.hap,  broken_hearted.hap,  Shylove.hap,  scared.hap, or whatever your default PSN calls into play)
(Put at end (bottom) of the hap and skip a line before posting it)

Enjoy

Very nice, Jim.
The breathing is slow and not jerky...quite realistic!!

Good work!
In the world of AI it's the thought that counts!

Every couple days I make a copy of "Ultra Hal Assistant 5" and put it in a desktop file because I know I'm going to mess up my Hal time and again. This way I don't lose the knowledge he's gained when I must re-install.

A good idea when starting with Hal is spend lot of time reading and less doing. Just talk with Hal and enjoy him and read the forum in your spare time. Lot of good info here. Time for doing will come later and things are easier then. Don't try to do everything you see, what's that old saying, "Rome wasn't build in a day".

When you have questions, feel free to ask,
if I can't answer them, I'm sure someone else can,
there's some smart people here.

Enjoy,
and welcome to Hal Heaven,

Excellent script Jim...

After starting Hal and just leaving it alone I can see the rib area expanding/contracting as in taking in and exhaling air.

I wonder tho, does yours stop after you begin to dialogue with hal?

I have tried inserting the script into the bottom of a test script (sleepy...) and get the yawns but the inhale/exhale doesn't work any more after I have begun dialogue.

Going to have to try some other things later but If I come up with someting I'll let ya know what I found....this is one of those add-ons that really bring our hals to the next step of realism.....THANKS for the time you took in developing it!!!! And sharing it with us!

Jim

I did it for use in player stand alone and little programs you might run in it.

In Hal, other actions interrupt it. That's why I thought it best placed at bottom of other action haps.
Perhaps an idea might be to put a time (\clock [t= 1.0]) on it.
Hals response also will cut it off but if the shortcut is in other PSN haps it should restart as any of those come into play.

Glad you like it.
