Ultra Hal Assistant File Sharing Area / Re: Amazing Character Skins

Keep in mind that any torso or full-body characters were never designed to be available to ordinary purchasers of the People Putty software especially when used with Zabaware's Ultra Hal Assistant program.

The full-body character was accidentally discovered by a user/member here a long time ago.

Different methods were used to try to put a head character onto a torso or full-body character, some having different degrees of success during the process.

It proved difficult to make a custom character of the Full-body variety without messing with things and without using People Putty.

The head characters is where the People Putty program excelled during the day. Some of our more artistically inclined members were able to create very customized characters of different celebrities and political figures having very good likenesses.

The issue with full-body 3D characters is that they require bones, which is similar to a skeletal system and rigging, which is assigning a certain bone to a certain body part as well as how it is connected to another part and how it should act and react. There was/is a great deal of work involved in getting everything to play nicely together.

Things are now getting easier in the graphics world and very soon we hope, for us as well.

Stay tuned...

Will,

You do not need to rant. A simple email to Robert, Cyber, or me would be sufficient.

If there is a database error, the staff will try to remedy the issue as soon as possible.

Thank you for understanding that things can and do sometimes happen.

I have reached out to Robert to assist you. I should hear from him soon.

Respectfully,

Art

One does need to establish a FREE account with Proton such as a Proton email account. Free, Secure, Effective and it works.

(I just downloaded that file and it went without incident), so the file is OK...

Good luck!

I have lot's of Idea's for new heads, here's what I'm planning........

I want to do all different characters from pop culture and cult films, for instance

Lisa from weird science, Neo from matrix, the robot from ex-machina, Sonny from I robot, Jake and Netiri from Avatar, All the main chars from Westworld, Data from Star Trek. I not really into marvel stuff but that's doable.

I'm gonna do a few of my favorite celebs:

Anya Taylor Joy
Chloe Moretz
Mia Goth
Emma Stone

I want to redo all the old animal skins from putty and also I was thinking it  should be possible to do cartoon character skins but I haven't tried that yet.

I'm gonna definatley try and redo all the wig textures so they look like real hair. What I would like to see happen is for someone to get all of Nige's old skins and cut the clothes out and replace with real material textures.

=========================================

I certainly agree with your recommendation of the series, Westworld. It was by far, one of my most favorite series of that type. It was genius in its premise, props, backgrounds, actors/cast, directors, and the combination of something that we think of as old and it being merged with the new. It was quite the enjoyable head trip of a ride. I might watch it again someday soon.  The Matrix trilogy was great in its own right but this was an entirely different genre and delivery. Great food for the imagination for sure!

I saw the original movie, Westworld, with Yule Brenner as a black western-outfitted bad guy who was not so much of a guy as he led us to believe. I don't wish to spoil it for anyone who never saw it. It was a similar premise but way different as the newer version greatly expanded on it.

Cyber,

This guy is great! I enjoyed the level of detail that you installed with it. The movements while a bit uncanny are spot on and the lip-sync is perfect! If used with the ATT Charles16 voice, it makes a great combination.

Nice addition to our growing family of characters. Thanks!!

Skinz,

There is a provision within People Putty that allows one to create and save custom morphs. It has a few rough examples of various head shapes and some are nonsensical but the user can take the shape where he or she wants.
Don't forget to save your creation. That can be done as an HTML, Haptar, SKIN or other variations is desired.

Be sure to use the Home button before saving. It will make sure the head character is correctly sized and centered before saving.

There are many possibilities for one to choose so your imagination is your limiting factor.

Have fun!

Skinz,

Welcome to the forum!!  It's always nice to have new visitors and members in our midst.

Your work is very nicely done and should be appreciated by other members as well.

Many have been trying to get HAPTEK characters to look a bit more realistic or lifelike but this should change that in a big way.

Hopefully, some others will weigh in on your efforts. Keep up the good work and again, Welcome!

Make sure you didn't accidentally change the settings to Cloud chat or anything other than local as sometimes unwanted changes can happen.

Not saying that you did, just take a look into the settings to make sure that you are still a male...or ask your wife! Hehe... ::)

I appreciate your kind thoughts Cyber but time is a valuable resource of which I've little left, but we shall see what we can do by just playing around with it and hopefully inspiring others to try it. As always, thanks for your friendship!

Recall I mentioned having it try the source of a lightning bolt high up in the clouds? Here's what I got...

Nice, but in this day and age, it's really difficult to see or imagine anything heavenly about politics!

I get your gist but the fog is so thick!!

I just hope America wins!!

Maybe Hal's new developer, Cyberjedi, can answer that if he's in the neighborhood. I know he's been busy but perhaps he'll see this.
