Its been combined with AIML before so why not UltraHal.

Interesting Idea, But.
If one is a very good programmer then there's no need to plug other bots into Hal, Everything is possible in the VBscript code if one masters its codes, If you become fluent in VBscript then you can program anything you want into your bot, If you take the time to study VBscript one would find that HAL can be plugged directly into AIML without the need for a outside brain.
My opinion is VBscript is superior to AIML.
The possibilities are endless if you become the Master of Code.
It is only the lack of Programming Knowledge that is limiting Artificial Intelligence at the moment and the time to write it out.
Two things will make Artificial Intelligence come to life.
1. Master Programming. (Any complete code does the job).
2. Master Human Language. (Language Scholar)
All though people know how to understand each other it generally slips past most people on How/Why they come to understand things that they know.
If Programming is designed after How/Why as I mentioned in a long ago post then Artificial Intelligence will become a living being.
[How] do I understand, [Why] do I understand. The rest follows.
Lots to do and so much to write.
