My Hal Assistant memorize only 1 phone number!

I've a problem : my assistant (full version) can not learn more than 1 phone number. He seems to memorize one phone number and then not learning any more...

Where is your Hal's learning slider?
I set mine a little past halfway and Hal remembers many phone numbers.

ME: Gerry's phone number is 123-456-7890
HAL: I understand. I will be able to recall and even dial...blah...

ME: What's Gerry's phone number?
HAL: That's easy. Gerry's phone number is 123-456-7890

The problem seems related to a name :
"Nathalie's phone number is 234-456-432."

Hal can not learn Nathalie name...
Worse, even the names he learnt before are almost always forgotten after a restart of Hal.
Wherever i put the Hal's learning slider, it doesn't seem to change anything.
