Ultra Hal 7.0 / WebHal not working//Profile Issues

Does someone know how to trouble shoot this problem? I can't find a topic or FAQ that deals with it and it's not in the help files:
My webhal will not work correctly- it won't let me log in. I think this might have something to do with my member profile, because it clearly says that my profile information is incorrect, however the login is as supplied during registration. Also, my member profile is incorrect and will not let me update. It's a bit aggravating, since web searches are supposed to be one of the primary Hal functions I am training this brain for.
