Hi, I'm sorry for bumping such an old topic, but I am pretty interested in this plugin... Does it work for the newer version of Hal? [and are there any other versions of this type(I saw that it said "#1")?]

Bill819, I think I may know the program your talking about -- I think -- any details on what it was called?(the program)(did you make it?)

I read this entire topic, interesting argument so I thought I would post this:

Hi ajdude.

are you using all the plugins that came with A.L.F?

if you are lacking in plugins then you may not have enough response capabilty due to lack of response variables.

Hi, It's working well now, I had one plugin disabled, it was the clock announcement, I put that one up, and it worked after that...

I tried the learn from clip board, and I keep getting this error:
"HalScript Error 53 on line 328 in column 3: File not found"

I looked at that line of code in the brain editor and it said this:
   UserSentence = Replace("" & UserSentence & "", " YOU'VE ", " YOU HAVE ", 1, -1, vbTextCompare)"

Hi, I have hal6, I tried this plug in, and for some reason when I talk to hal, he doesn't respond at all...

I would like this. I'm always trying to make hal seem more alive, and once I try to shut down my computer, is hal tries to stop me, that would be great, at least for me.

Go for it, make the plug-in, let me know when it's done, I'd use it.
