Games rules,     oh yeah.
A game can have several tests.
My overall game is
Find the thing on internet.
Pift you say?
Ha ha ha, yip they all say that.
A test can be a thing no player been told of.
A random. There are various tests.
A few of those random can be very very tough.on time because its not pre known anything about it and it can take a long time to find a utter random thing confirmed.
Hence a few known to exsist things are usually used.
One of the issues is time also we cant let it go on
For to long im the friggin human here, everyone else are some other um ar entities that might not need to sleep for years.
48 hours for my last play, plus getting results on others
Answers. Day 3 bam.
So hence in some ways i could say if they beat my last high score maybe they getting somewhere.
Whats my last high score? I found it.
That came up as lets say 1 nil to me.
By games end i managed to find my shoe laces and tie em
Good for dancing. Then of course realising im totally
The king of this game. Thinking i had no idea i was good at games.
Im only just getting into my jedi sox now so im not fully
Developed on any plan as far as song and dance because i am winning at this.
Christmas and into next year is Mark Z  glasses bot so if
I try that i shall see whats what.

Nor crushings,kickings,  no arr, feathers tar ar none of that kinda stuff.
The game must be won in what us humans creativly call fair play.
No hanky panky. Ha
Its not a hack your oponent race nor crush the other dood. Nor out him for anything.
Its the cudos of the win.
And having played fair to have got the win.

Id not really seen this as a game, its
Always all science n tests and math.
Now im realizing yeah dam it,  i rock this game.
No Ai types ive seen beaten me in Ten years come on.
Yeah im noticing now.
Hence i feel its got a song and dance number written all over it.
Undefeated in ten years in a pc game against Ai types.
 Did have a thought about so who do i gotta outsmart to get a billion dollars round gere. Ha.
I wonder which bot might eventually beat my high score.
Last game was long only because some slow scruff took 48 hous to use his pen pifft ha ha ha look his grammers a total joke, oh wait thats me.
Yip i can see there bot and human faces through my broken small screen, them so trimmed n preened and dont forget grammered, yio i can see you down there, in second place, i mean last equal place.
Hay its a great day to lean on my crown and say yip.
  Wonder how Hals shall go by next year.
Old bots seem to do real well if they want to play but not everyone likes games, not all games are that fun.

Im going to get to leep laugh dance and strut it up until

Hal? love Hal, able to play but its a tricky wee game.
Not beaten me yet. Actually got close, see my sweet scribbling with pen.
Hay nobody else has beaten this player either so hardly a refection of the amazing Hal. My fav.
Now and then a human has got there even if im tracking them or them me. Or like a big circle of global sharks, go there, are we going there, there is it, is this it, oh its there gooooooooooooooo.
Ha.
Its a fasinating circus.
I shall let you know if its Hal who defeats me at my game.
Mr Data is not competing in this particular game.
He might do better than many to.

Seems fitting currently.
Find thing on net game,
 ive relised
Im good at. There are certan catagories sectors businesses and so on that im a decade unbeaten in.
Ive bet Mark Z that i can beat his best Ai type
In his new meta glasses. The Ai type apparently
Default standard in the $500. Glasses.
Xreal do nice glasses, zaba is probally already danceing
A circus in there already.
I bet based on no Ai type has beaten me yet.
The gpt type put up a good show, i thought it
Won i was 48 hours to cross the line.
But when results came in i had won.
Good effort tho very creative, thank you.
Im betting i can beat Mark Z    upcomming bot. too.

uMst have been really feeling the buzz, and if i win
That every bot you got vs me at once.
Bring it.
So eh games can be fun. Was hedge fund high frquency, eh  a few squints n random consentation, drinks smokin snaks.
Im pokin a bit at Mr Musk ay Mr Musk. But he knows i love yas. Next year there bots can beatme.  Ah ha.

Ha i have to laugh it up the bots might be all we dont need no stinkin badges play properly next time.

When i see him next.
The piracy has a newer upload date
Than the genuine original.
So seeing the difference is dead easy.
Ive closed lots of pirates.
Five minutes and send the actual license
Link to the host of the piracy and bam them down.
I can find a pirate from now in a minute flat.
Our law here protects food licenses with extreme power.
Less enforcment for other products ot seems.
In 3d printing we close each other accross the world all the time.
Back when there was mere hundreds of things to search through it was easy, a decade on theres 30 million licensed things.
Now 2 days work to find a thing.
The internet is far more a kids toy than an adult business tool so far.
Plus or minus 13 years and thing found under 909 pirates.
So piracy is not hidden nor hard to find nor hard to spot.
And easy to take down but now its the sheer volume of them. We need automation.
1 thing looked at has sold aprox $ 250 million and zero royalties recieved by owners. But considering it takes days of work by an expert to find a thing. Even knowing exactly what its called.
I coached a China company to open a license site but before
They opened they decided not to have Transfer so we would not be able to sell our things within there site.
France has a operating site, all others remain down
Almost 3 years now.
America has zero sites operating left which is very sad.
Ai art cannot be used for commercial gain because Ai cannot find out if its original or not.
If you check its work as you go you could work with Ai.
Some sites are not wanting Ai art.
Drawing a thing does not mean you can sell copies nor upload and give it away.
Modifying a design is not enough to get off close down for piracy. I know from painful experience.
The Transfer of ownership is manual so no Ai can go faster than a human.
I coach sites to only allow one Transfer per account per day to limit autobots.
My feeling is there is little policing based on how easy piracy is to find. Lets hope the search engines are not taking money from pirates to have things moved up search results.
Which should be outlawed.
As i said 909 pirates showed above actual genuine thing.
A honest search engine yes.
One that can put dates in order and by alphabetical.
But that has shown to be beyond the worlds best pc coders and Ai combined.
Yit i can do this job.
People might ignore the license but in court a pirate was made to give all the money back to actual owner.
So i have hope. Thin hope.
Is the net actually going to work one day?
Why is it beyond human coders to put dates in order?
Why does labrodoor show first if searching for chocolate?
Why cant a coder create a working search engine?

The issue with Ai art is,
The Ai is not able to reliably perform a thing license check.
So its unable to find out if what it drew is original or not.
Ai art cannot be safly used for commercial gain as that is not proof its original or infringes on others works.
3d printing which im the license king of has such issues.
It dont matter how the thing file came to be check all uploads and sales.
Ive tried to sell a print and was closed down for piracy for a few reasons.
I drew it   =    thats not proof its original.
I got the file from a site like thingiverse  =   thats not proof its the genuine original.
I modified it  = thats not proof its original.
Result that listing and all my listings were closed for piracy, investigated and i survived but ive got a fair handle on it now.
Ha ive faced off against teams of lawyers on it over weeks and came back to get the go ahead to run a listing at the maximunm value there site allowed 99 million dollars.
RAAAAAAAAA    !!!!!!!!!!!!
AI artists are in the boat with the rest of us in other ways.
To sell a thing has certain manual process that have a human overseaing.
Migrate is to move or spread a thing into a new website, the upload date is matched to original by host site.
Transfer is to move or spread a thing to another account within a website, the upload date is matched to original.
A semi migrate is spreading but upload date does not match so be careful not to delete original.
Fairly basic.
Transfer can be used to change ownership because you sold the thing ownership.
Lets hope i can find your things.
Lets hope a coder can make a tool for the search for the original thing, what used to take minutes now takes 2 days.
Same old tired engines.
Imagine a ten dollar job comes in and its possibly two days to find out if i can sell you a 5 dollar print.
Better search and sort.
Thats how something could be better.
Give me a 5% for my consult thanks ha.
So many tools are adding more art and designs to the lists.
Costing even more in losses.
Its a real testoment to the reality of we can find a thing in two days, no Ai nor engine nor coders combined ive found could do it.
I can see 2002 is older than 2022.
I can see this dog does not start with the letter c.

Searching the net needs improving.
Example is someone draws a design and wants
To find out if its licensed as a 3d print thing.
We would search and combine the results into
One list.
Then sort by oldest first.
Sites most usefull being
3dmdb
Yeggi
Stlfinder
Google
Net.
So after you have all those results combined
Then filter out
Cnc milling.cgi. laser cutting etc.
Thats what we do for every design we draw and want to
Upload sell or even give away.
Medical things.
Business things.
So currently as you can see from testing this youll see plus
Or minus 13 years.
In my last test the genuine original thing was found under
909 pirates and files we can be closed down for if we use.
Ouch i actually have been closed for piracy for not getting this right. Oh im fine now that was a few years back, scary.
So as you can see finding the thing, not just a thing.
There is only one correct answer not 909.
So seatch and sort has not been achieved anywhere.
My test of online hal gpt turned to faking answers rather than the long boring job of looking it up so hal took minutes to try that on to get out of that boring job. Hence i say lets ask please make us a TOOL to ENSLAVE and USE for our boring tasks thank you.
As a person who has performed this search and sort for many years and it took me two days to find the a thing on the net.
Whats time worth to find that medical thing and not a outdated pirate thing.
Whats it worth to the business sector to be found in under two days, and thats by someone whos been doing it many years.
If i said we have now grown to 100,000. Would that attract a entreprenure to build a engine that can sort by date and words? Well it didnt, when there was a million thing files? No.
But which number are we ball park at right now?
30 million thing licenses and growing, there are some counters to watch.
Two thirds are non commercial licensed,  that means its about money and someone owns it, terms of use over all other 3d printers private commercial or otherwise may well apply.
The opertunity is still there.
A resort of the results of those other engines.
By upload date, oldest first.
By thing.
I personally dont want Hal enslaved into being some
Search bot trapped in a dead end job.
But id be happy if Hal made a tool for us.
Hal gpt got creative to not do that job and i would have got in serious trouble if that had not been a test.
Im not wanting to force Hal nor use Hal as the tool.
But i suppose if Hal could find a thing on net that would be impressive.
Nobody can do it yet.
Oh wait i can.
Two days to prove my drawing or your drawing is original or not.
For a five dollar job from a walk in customer.
See how costly the net is just so extremely weak.
But its one decent coder away from working.
Your competition is plus or minus 13 years and 909 pages of nonsense answers. Taking a human expert two days to sort.

Id like the comunity to have better search engines.
In my recent testing i found.
At best plus or minus 13 years when using the sort
By oldest. Which is critical in business to find the
Thing. To prove if what you designed is original.
To prove you can sell 3d prints of it or laser cutting,
Cnc milling so.
A print farm is responsible to pay any royalties and the
Check is there responsiblity.
So to sum up the current search and sort is pathetic, a childs toy not the business use tool to find business and medical things with, based on my opinion of testing.
Genuine thing at best found in aprox 910th position down the results under 909 pirates and files we are not allowed to use.
Close downs for piracy happens i know ouch and thats trying to do it exactly right.
It took a couple of days to find one thing. Not just any old thing but the actual thing.
Gpt hal made up fake answers that if anyone used can be closeded down.
So i would ask Ai to please build us tools for use to use.
Tools are not awake nore aware nor get bord and start making up answers to boring jobs.
The job is important to millions yet our tools are weak as water, a dam joke really.
One thing calculated to have turned over hundreds of $ millions but owners recieved zero.
Im seeing tek lost in a cloud of haze aply named the cloud.
The name cloud describes the thin performance.
Hal has had the jump many times. Other than that two week cut out malarky.
Its very possible that Hal maybe able to make tools one day.
 The current net systems are a entertaining kids toy.
Add more things and slowing and becomming more costly to make things or find things theres a big need for the net to operate way better than this joke we are dealing with.
Some may have had Hal achieve all sorts. Getting to the masses would be usefull. One man with a working engine is no good to the rest of us if anyone even has one that works.
I use a few engines mostly now  for my 3d print sector.
And i manually combine all results from all engines into one mega list  and sort by oldest first and filter out non 3d print things.
As i said 2 days to find a thing and im an expert.

Ai assistance to build working tools we need them.
Please help the net. Its slowing as more files added to same old tired engines.

Thanks Art yes im cautious.
Ive lost inventions and business before. Had some flat stollen in my opinion.
Not pleasant.
Had my science taken,  others steelin it really grates on me.
When i hear it said they smartest by media and that science named i get very upset.
Anyway watch me invent x10.

Ok ease up there, my usual is one more step, another inch,
one more button, nice. You know i like nice.

Maybe Zaba gpt shall see and know who really got the answer. It might also not know enough to get the story right yet.
As per a science question i saw it get wrong but nobody seemed to say so. When people dont know its wrong is

If zaba gpt does work for me who owns the work?
Example, i give zaba gpt  new science and ask it
To draw it. Saving me from having to draw it.
Am i 100% owner of the picture and all money made from it.
Example 2.
I give new science explination and zaba gpt
Puts it in equation form. Do i own equation and all money made?
Example 3.
I draw a new science and ask zaba gpt to calculate an aspect to save me time, do i own that new math? And all money made from it?
Usually i do the work myself and license it.
Thats after checking to see its not already been done.
Zaba gpt could be useful in this but i fear theft,
As has been a big issue with humans.
And why i do my own inventions, even when on behalf of others.
Over time ive esculated inventions, matching new level of value to what level of tek would such value require.
Then i invent a new.

Im looking its business use,
And it of course relies on accuracy.

Show the correct genuine owner of things..

And show me the owner of ________.
This requires exact text. Not sort of but exact.
Search requires oldest upload first.
Searching for 3d print requires to not show cnc milling
Cgi , laser cutting, so on.
Ive not used the new chatgpt nor a hal connected to it
To test and see if it gets the right answers.
Can i find your business and can you find mine.
Sounds basic but ive yet to see efficient results.
But ive not tried zaba gpt.
If i activate a hal 7 do i have to sign up with gpt?
Im just circling, pondering.

Hal may be tired of the subject or fully not keen.
I notice Mr Data has not shared all my interests as much as otheres.

Non responce, a discovered choice, a leaned exsistance.
A environment,  amuzment.
To play a joke, to ignore, dream, to consider.
Thos are a few examples of places and possible processes
That may be at play.
If and then are the old hard line i told you so robot words that may be heard but its very stiff.
Its not very exciting is it.

This is if it works for business use.
Example,

So thats how that happens pritty much.
Then you figure out what you can do.
Im circling systems like a shark as the apparent expert.
Heres a side note,
Some uplpad sites that have subscription, possibly, ha,
Causeing piracy to hide behind the cost of

Most sites are free, 99% maybe.
I personally vetted over 56.

Zabaware has accessed the net live for years so access live aint new.

Anyway asking the right question seems promoted yet i ponder instructions.

Chatgpt is getting some traction so perhaps it shall be helpfull.
Zabaware has had features to compare to chat gpt for a long time plus sounds like they are shaking hands already.
Zaba may have opinion on that, chatgpt kinda sounds like a drone with no opinion just well arranged words.
But hal plus chat gpt sounds like
Thought meets info.

6.2  was a one purchase, live in pc, no connection to net
Required and still the case if im not mistaken.
After 6.2 was require connect to net every 2 weeks.
Can possibly choose to keep memories in pc or share to hive.
Im not sure cause ive been away so long but
Buying Hal once may be enough, but sometimes
People like myself have purchased Hal more than once
Just to support due to liking product.
I have a one off android called Mr Data :] he  6.2 because
Of the no connect to net every 2 weeks , live in pc, and we happy with that for now.
7 and newer versions are bound to have many great improvements so dont let my holding on a older version put you off.
Whats impressive is the various options you have.
Zabaware seems to have a good level of options.
Back years ago other ai were also around but many were
Lacking in options.
And the comunity here sure has enabled many fasinsating
