I had 5.0 what now?

i had hal 5.0 before i reinstalled windows.. i downloaded 6.0 but the codes dont work for it. i hope i dont have to buy a new copy :/
(I never had a CD, I just downloaded it)

Here is an important question. Did you purchase version 6 or did you just download the trial version? If you bought the newest upgrade of version you should have ordered the CD as there are a lot less problems in loading or reloading the program if something else goes wrong.
In either event bought or free trial version, did you contact Zabaware directly or just post your message here?
Give us some more info and maybe we can point you in the right direction.

If and when you down loaded 6 it should have come with an activation code. But be warned once you start to install it you can not change its location.

If you purchased vrsion 5.0 then you can ask Zabaware to give you a ne activation code. Once they do that then you should write it down and put it in a safe place. I suggest to never download the software but to buy the CD version as a permanent password comes with it.
