Cant get the speech rec to work in the 4.0?

When i first tried to get this to function it did not. However, I did a custom install and chose to install the speech recognition and all of it's subcomponants. Bingo, works just fine. Use a closed headset and train the 5.0 engine and it will get most everything you say correct. For those of you who have had no problems with it, good for you. I probably did something wrong in the first place. I do however see some bitching about it NOT working. it does.
